Error pop-up "RetroArch has Stopped" everytime when quit

First and foremost consider this:

Description

Popup "RetroArch has Stopped" appears everytime i quit retroarch via Quit menu on homescreen or hotkey button combo. I've tried many version of RetroArch from latest to at least 10 version before the latest, 64-bit and 32-bit.

Expected behavior

Quit as usual

Actual behavior

Popup "RetroArch has Stopped" appears

Steps to reproduce the bug

Just quit RetroArch either from Quit menu or Hotkey

Bisect Results
