[Android] Add support full screen for display cutout devices

Is it possible to add support full screen for display cutout Android devices. Currently it shows black border at left on display cutout Android devices and screen emulation (for example: game screen) isn't in center/middle

Does Settings / Video / Fullscreen over notch have any effect on this?
