[Sega CD] Wrong CD-DA music in Sonic CD after loading savestate

When saving, and then loading a savestate, there is a possibility that a wrong song will play. For example, when saving at the beginning of a special stage, then loading that save after around a minute, the special stage BGM will play from around the middle point, and later, it will switch to ""Little Planet" :thinking: Or if saving at the score tally, then loading, the invincibilty music will be played until the next stage gets loaded.

It might have to do with CHD format maybe? Retroarch 1.9.7, GPGX 1.7.4 64b011c98b
