Spirit demo runs super-fast unthrottled

Actually, it seems this rom is run unthrottled with no vsync? so everything happens in fast forward.

compare to jzIntv or OpenEmu/Bliss

using this "80s style" demo scene rom spirit1_0.zip

Runs better on my miniSNES over HDMI than it does on my Mac over DVI.

Just tested with the latest FreeIntv revision, and it works at the right speed.
