[wiring] Add I2C and SPI support

Hey! Any updates/progress on this? I got a device running a RTL8710 (a C variant sadly, not a B...) that could leverage the SPI component for a driver I wanted to take a stab at, but seems it's not functional yet?

Hello, Any updates/progress on this? I need I2C for a Tuya temperature device on a CBU with ESPHOME How can I help, I cannot see the conflicts!!!
