ability/option to show a table of previous speed tests anybody has done within certain parameters

Description

i'd like the ability/option to show a table of previous speed tests anybody has done within certain parameters. say it's only lan accessible, and say i want to see a table, or graph, or spreadsheet of all previous speed test runs, i think that that would be pretty cool. even the ability to put a easy link to it on the speed test page. it would also be able to be cool to see like charts and graphs, and the ability to drill down on subnets over time, or a specific IP over time. like say if we wanted to see a connection to a site over time, or from one building to another (depending on how one would have their network set up)

Why it should be implemented

anyone that want's to see historical data of it. i think it would be good to have the IP of the user (if it's a local ip) and redact WAN IPs if they were to show up (for lan/wan hosting of their speed test server)
