librespeed in Proxmox Helper Scripts

Description

Hi, I created a new Proxmox Helper Script for Librespeed. You can try it out by runing bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/elvito/ProxmoxVED/refs/heads/librespeed/ct/librespeed.sh)" in the shell on the Proxmox Host. My scripts is already merged to the testing branch of the HS and will be in the official HS soon.

Why it should be implemented

This is just a new supereasy (one click) way to install Librespeed in a Proxmox LXC.
