Simplify alternative database initialisation

Description

Is it possible to simplify the database initialisation when using MySQL or postresql? Automatically creating the tables would be ideal.

Why it should be implemented

The instructions for setting it up aren't impossible, but they are quite involved when compared to other projects where a database is specified. For really newbie users who might not have an idea how do administer their databases, especially when running in docker for example, if the database was just set up automatically on first run it would be good.
