Adding Video Streaming, Online Gaming, VoIP Services assessment in example UI

Description

Thanks to the very accurate measurements from Librespeed (UL,DL TPUT, Latency, Jitter...) the UI can automaticaly evaluate and advice if typical OTT Services like Video streaming, Gaming, VoIP, Video conferencing will work correctly, for example with a simple "Trafic light color mapping" for each service.

Why it should be implemented

It would benefits from regular users (non-expert) that are not capable to analyze the current results by themselves.

Optional: implementation suggestions

Examples of Criterias (to be challenged):

• Video streaming providers (Netflix, Disney+, ...) are requiring 5Mbps of DL for HD quality. 3Mbps for Good SD, 1.5Mbps for Basic SD. While UHD requires 25Mbps DL.
• For gaming , latency with 0-50ms as good, >50ms as warning, >100ms is bad
