Feature Request: Option to disable showing upload

Description

Add a way to disable testing upload (or download for that matter). Have the ability to configure it to only show either download OR upload, and not both.

Why it should be implemented

It would benefit servers that don't need users to see their upload speed to the server, for example, if a servers primary use is downloading.

Optional: implementation suggestions

Add a docker env variable that by default shows both up and down, then 2 other options: 1 that is just up, and 1 that is just down.

Optional: screenshots

Fast.com shows only download speeds unless you click more info.
