change "password should have" to "password must have"

As experienced during Wireless Battlemesh v14 we entered a password that did not match all checks. According to https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2119 the shall be a "must".

Problem is in https://github.com/libremesh/lime-app/blob/d641ae295cca70a2bf788e8591d9687e590c48d9/i18n/en/messages.po#L906 and every other messages.po file.

Have nearly no experience with .po files so I am probably no help in fixing this issue.
