Cannot scan the existing network for the first time using the wizard

When a router is used for the first time, it creates a network，In the first use wizard of another router, click the scan button, and the network created by the first router cannot be found.

So yes, the linked issue applies here. Looks like FBW is designed for LibreRouter and works only on dual band routers. But it should be easy to extend to support 2.4 GHz-only routers.

Do you think there are any place on the lime packages where it checks if is 2.4GHz only? Fix will be faster if I found a place where is already implemented
