plasma doesnt not start

After installing the applet and rebooting the PC, the plasma does not start, the desktop wallpaper is visible, but the panel does not start.

OS: ArcoLinux Host: MS-7C52 1.0 Kernel: 6.4.15-x64v2-xanmod1-1 Shell: zsh 5.9 Resolution: 1920x1080 DE: Plasma 5.27.7 WM: kwin CPU: AMD Athlon 200GE (4) @ 3.200GHz GPU: AMD ATI Radeon Vega Series / Radeon Vega Mobile Series GPU Driver: amdgpu local/xorg-server 21.1.8-2 local/wayland 1.22.0-1

Not sure this is caused by this applet. And if you uninstall it (via recovery mode, or TTY)?

this is caused by this applet, we installed it through the repository and through the store, after the installation system does not start, after its removal system starts

This is not an application. It's a plasma applet, please check KDE Plasma docs. The lifecycle is controlled by Plasma
