no more connection using "yahoo!météo"

since several weeks in the widget if i click on "yahoo!météo" then FF opens then i wait a long time then the page is still blank. no page is displayed

same problem with chrome

the used link is us.rd.yahoo.com/dailynews/rss/weather/Country__Country/*https://weather.yahoo.com/country/state/city-580778/

https://weather.yahoo.com/country/state/city-580778/ works well.
