Add setting to blur/hide Spoiler tagged posts

I have noticed that libreddit doesn't hide spoiler tagged posts, which is kind of annoying

I want posts tagged with "spoiler" to be either blurred or hidden (like NSFW ones)

It's a content tag, similar to OC or NSFW.

Not sure if it should be in a separate issue, but blurring NSFW is definitely something I would like to see as well. And I'm not sure how the ideal logic would work.

I would like to be able to view NSFW normally when I'm in a subreddit view (because I chose to be there, usually). But I would like to blur by default when browsing the frontpage. It happened twice this week that I saw some pretty gore-y images on the frontpage that I would rather not have seen. Enabling and Disabling this all the time would be very annoying though.
