Configure disguises with NBT

It would be very convenient to have a function in the API to configure disguises using NBT. This would allow disguise to be created in the same way as spawning mobs with /summon

The most convenient NBT would be to use the NbtCompound from ProtocolLib. Variants with String (Mojang json) or NBTContainer from NBT API will also be acceptable.

Also, this functionality can be useful for people who use the LibsDisguses commands to configure disguses of mobs
