BUG: Getting `429 Too Many Requests` after viewing only 5-10 pages via uni network

I just discovered libraries.io (cool project), had a look at a view of my and my organisations projects and after maybe 5min of browsing I started getting 429 Too Many Requests.

This is frustrating, something seems way to rate limited here. Normally one gets served some sort of "Are you human" check - but here, nothing!

It could be that I get the error because I'm on a university network: https://ipinfo.io/131.152.98.96

I'm getting a lot of 429 responses from a Lambda function that checks libraries.io once per hour. This started within a time frame similar to yours.
