"First Pull Request" and "Help Wanted" pages seem to have duplicate entries

When viewing the First Pull Request and Help Wanted pages, I noticed some duplicate entries.

Examples as of right now (incomplete sample from the first 30 entries of each page):

• Help Wanted shows 4 copies of https://github.com/lodash/lodash/issues/4570, 5 copies of https://github.com/lodash/lodash/issues/4571, and 2 copies of https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/issues/2903
• First Pull Request shows 3x https://github.com/facebook/react/issues/17935, 5x https://github.com/facebook/react/issues/18010, 2x https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/issues/3627, 2x https://github.com/less/less.js/issues/3105
