No "Manage your repositories" button present when logging in via Gitlab

There is no "Manage your repositories" button present when logging in via Gitlab. Combined with #1813 which means none of my gitlab repositories show up properly in libraries.io in the first place, this means the site is essentially nice to look at for me but not really having any sort of actual functionality.
