HTTP 500 when trying to monitor my repository

I am trying to monitor dependencies for my repository https://libraries.io/github/codl/forget but when I click on monitor dependencies, https://libraries.io/watch/26874351 responds with a 500 and an empty body

I first ran into this a few weeks ago and assumed it was a transient issue but it is still happening today

Same here, tried several of mine, gets 500.

I clone and run the application in my local machine to check the error and I got this when I try to monitor one of my repos:

Octokit::NotFound POST https://api.github.com/repos/radvc/dragonpay-payment/hooks: 404 - Not Found // See: https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/hooks/#create-a-hook
