Sync not working
I did sync once but now I have deleted all my products from woocommerce and want to sync again.
I have added API key and API secret again; however, it doesn't sync.
Sync shows completed with success status but not fetching any records.
Message: Updated 0 customer(s), 0 item(s), 0 order(s)
Request Data {}
Please suggest.
Which way are you syncing from WooCommerce to ERPNext or the other way? In any case, remove the WooCommerce product ID in ERPNext and try to sync again...
Hi, I am experiencing the same issue.
I did a fresh install of both frappe (v12.11.0) and ERPNext (v12.13.0) and created products in ERPNext for sync to a blank woocommerce store. I then installed WooCommerce Connector 1.6.0 and set up the required settings, the products for some reason don't sync to the woocommerce store. I get the same response as above.
I have enabled a few products for sync in their items page to woocommerce, one simple product and one variable product, however nothing is synced accross to woocommerce when I push the "Sync Woocommerce" button.
Same here, but then syncing from Woocommerce to ERPNext. Also no results in the logging, only that the job is started.

I think there is a lot of room for improvement on this. The current implementation is not user friendly at all, there is no description of this functionality. I suggest we put a button like "Complete sync" that ignores the sync timestamp, checks if every item on erpnext exists on woo and creates it and also updates all the stock quantities.
It doesnt sync the products.
Check the timestamp and if required reset. Any change will be synced once.
