Vendor in latest cloudops

What this PR does / why we need it: https://github.com/pure-px/cloud-drive-tests repo has a dependency of operator as well as cloudops. cloudops has some changes which are required to be vendored in cloud-drive-tests repo. Hence this PR is to vendor in latest cloudops into operator to resolve conflicts.
