The examples of 'usart_irq_printf' 'usart_dma' in f1/lisa-m-2/, my mcu didn't run after flash. But 'miniblink' is normal after flash. I don't kown why.......

do you have a lisa-m-2? if you don't, do you have the same hardware clocking configuration as a lisa-m-2? You will need to attach a debugger and see where it's going wrong I'm afraid.
