Port examples to STM32F469-Dicovery Board

Basically pulling Esden's code from the 429disco directory and porting it to the 469 (different GPIO bits and using the ST Link V2.1-1 serial device for USART examples.

And slightly lamely, it seems that is isn't buidling something from the f1 directory.

Ok all fixed with the right version of libopencm3 selected.
