ideviceactivation can not activate iOS device back to main screen

Step:

Deactivate from Setting - General - Reset - Reset All Content And Settings
Use 'ideviceactivation activate' command but nothing happenned, only with the device's ActiveState change to Activated

I want to go back to the main interface of the phone through ideviceactivation. How can I do with it?

Do you want to deactivate the phone & go to setup? I can't really seem to understand what you are trying to do
