Error in iPhone13 restore 15.0.1

I used 15.0 to restore the iPhone 13 to normal. Now I use 15.0.1 firmware, and the following errors occur:

I tried 15.1 and succeeded.

Then I used 15.0.1, which was also successful.

I don't understand why I have to brush version 15.1 first
