Is it possible to make a backup for a disabled IPhone X?

Hi! A couple of days ago I disabled my iPhone X (it says Disabled: connect to iTunes) because I forgot the passcode and didn't count the number of attempts. Unfortunately, I didn't make a backup of it, so I can't just delete everything and restore it from the backup. I remembered the passcode but I'm out of attempts to enter it. Is there any way to use libimobiledevice to make a backup or even enable the phone again considering that I do know the passcode now? My main problem is that I can't unlock the device and choose to trust my laptop. Or is it possible to turn on and trigger icloud backup?

I don't know about an iCloud solution, but it is reasonable to consider you can somehow unlock it through there.

libimobiledevice, as any other usb client, cannot "speed up" the cooldown counter or provide another interface to unlock the device during this time - if it could, that would have been a vulnerability.
