Error 503 from https://artifactory.nimblygames.com while building

Related to #199, it seems that https://artifactory.nimblygames.com is returning HTTP error code 503: Service Unavailable.

I had the same issue last week, I was was using 4.0.1-SNAPSHOT because of the hotfix, but had to go back to 4.0.0 from one of the Github releases. I even tried to build from source but gradle failed to build it every time, no matter what I tried :(
