add troubleshooting for json

Hadi and I ran into this subtle bug with JSONField while working on object detection and we thought it would be a good idea to add some troubleshooting documentation on the bug and its fix. I didn't know where exactly to put the documentation so I created a new page here, but you might have a better place in the docs in mind to add this info.
