Shifting keyframes

This is just a suggestion. Would it be possible to shift the values from all the keyframes of an animation to a determined number of frames? This would be helpful a lot to move the desired last position for a looping animation, and would also save a lot of time for determined models (specially from MKW) which need very precise starting and ending positions for some animated objects.
