The number of currencies supported by Liberapay has jumped from 32 to 133!
Only 22 currencies are supported when paying with PayPal, so the improvement is almost exclusively for payments processed by Stripe.

Passwords that appear to have been compromised in public data breaches are no longer considered valid by Liberapay. This change has been made because a week ago someone attempted to abuse some old accounts for fraud.
Liberapay has been checking passwords with https://haveibeenpwned.com/ since 2018. Previously it only warned the user when the password failed the check. Now it refuses to accept the password. Accessing an account whose password is compromised now requires logging in via email.

If you have a Liberapay account with a password that wasn't randomly generated or wasn't solely used for Liberapay, you should change it: https://liberapay.com/.well-known/change-password
Passwords remain optional on Liberapay, so you can also choose to remove your account's password in https://liberapay.com/about/me/settings/ and henceforth always log in via email.

Après une tentative de fraude sur d'anciens comptes il y a une semaine, Liberapay considère non-valide les mots de passe semblant compromis issus de fuites publiques.
Liberapay vérifie les mots de passe sur https://haveibeenpwned.com/ depuis 2018. Avant, il avertissait seulement l'utilisateur lorsque le mot de passe échouait à la vérification. Désormais, il refuse d'accepter le mot de passe. Pour accéder à un compte dont le mot de passe est compromis, il faut désormais se connecter par courriel.

At one point of the 3 translations above, I had to "erase and rewrite" one toot I had just wrote and published, but for one reason I didn't understand yet, the toot edited wasn't the one I wanted to rewrite. Then I re-published it to keep it alive. Sorry about that since it's probably my fault then.

Liberapay team accounts have gained a new feature. Each one now has a public page showing every payment received through it, and providing the same data in CSV and JSON formats.
