Satispay support

Satispay is a payment method which does not have any fee for both the donor and the creator if less than 10€ is transferred. Do you think it's possible to add it among the other currently available payments options ?

I assume you're talking about https://www.satispay.com/

Only in-person payments are free below €10. Online payments cost 1.5%, and an extra €0.20 for payments ≥ €10. (This pricing structure means that payments between €10 and €40 should be avoided as they result in a fee higher than 2%. That said, even the maximum of ~3.5% for a €10 payment is okay when compared with Stripe and PayPal fees.)

There are two possible ways for Satispay to be usable with Liberapay. The first is for Satispay to be added as a payment method by Stripe. This would enable us to make Satispay available to donors as a payment option without requiring any action from the recipients. The second is to integrate Satispay directly in Liberapay as a payment processor (#1394). This would require recipients to have a Satispay Business account and give access to that account to Liberapay. This is significantly more difficult, and right now the benefit of doing so would be limited because it would only work in a small number of countries.

(As a payment method, Satispay is in theory less interesting than Taler (#1309) which is open source and designed to cryptographically hide the payer's identity from everyone, thus enabling truly secret donations. Still, if Stripe added support for Satispay as a payment method, then it might make sense to enable its use in Liberapay.)
