Estimated income temporarily drops when renewals aren't executed early

Due to #1287, almost all donations are only partially funded during the week prior to their renewal. Combined with the fact that a partially funded donation isn't included at all in the recipient's estimated income, the result is a confusing temporary drop in the reported income.
