The Giving page doesn't explain the "Pending payment completion" status

After donating via PayPal, the Giving page says " Pending payment completion" for the whole time, even after the money has been deducted. Is this somehow related to the way PayPal works or a bug? When donating via Stripe, this doesn't happen and the Giving page says "Active", as it should.

It's not a bug. If you go to your Ledger you'll see the following message: “This payment must be manually approved by the recipient through PayPal's website.”

Maybe this should be put somewhere on the "Giving" page or when donating with paypal? I've never been to the ledger page.
