Feature: Add /on/NotABug
What is NotABug? NotABug is a very popular code hosting website. https://notabug.org
What do you want to happen? Currently you can go to "https://liberapay.com/on/[platform]/[platform_user]/" to pledge money in case somebody does join Liberapay. Currently this feature is only avalible for Bitbucket, Github, and Twitter. My feature request is to add NotABug to that mix.
For that to happen, it would be necessary to add Gogs (which is the software that runs NotABug) as an elsewhere platform, so that every Gogs instance would work. Probably related to #943 (because Gitea is a fork of Gogs).

If I understand correctly Gogs is more of a self-hosting platform. Therefore users would probably have to also enter the URL at which the instance is located. Probably not practical.
However, it may be a great place to start!
Any progress on this? As a primarily notabug user (when not on Chiselapp) I'm interested in seeing this reflected in Liberapay.
