Describe the bug

In the ads1118_single_read function, it use the BIT.15 to check conversion is finished. However, the BIT.15 of control register is SS (Single shot) start, it is not Operational status. ADS1113, 1114, 1115 support OS (Operational Status) but ADS1118 is different.
