Subscription Calendar Refresh | Sync - Not Responding

Thank you for an awesome software. I am experiencing an issue in which Subscription Calendars can be added (iCal from SugarCRM), however:

1. There does not seem to be automatic Sync of this calendar occuring. (what is the auto refresh rate if any?) [Edit: I have read in another comment that it has been updated to 5min?]. i have tested adding events outside of the app and waiting for sync to occur at 15mins.
2. When the Refresh button is clicked, the Loading Symbol appears, with no further completions or notices. I am having to delete the calendar and reimport for the changes to be implemented.
