1.0.6 - Show/Hide sidebare button interfers with DirectMenu app

I hate to say it, but the new new hide/show sidebar controls (which I quite like) interfer with the owncloud app icons when using the DirectMenu app (which I like as well, since it saves me a click each time) :-)

Does it work now with 1.0.6? How does it look like now? Now the calendar uses the header for switch and showing the month in month view if settings are hidden which is a very good feature for calendar. There isn't much space in this header and spacing between symbols of this menu should also probably been set smaller. And because this is not an official selectable menu and it also "hacks" header (absolut positions) like an own theme, it should be no problem to be enhanced to modify the calendar month display, too.

The screenshot above is from 1.0.6. Looks like in your screenshot (just clashing with DirectMenu, though).

Yes, I should also read headlines ... ;) But how do you think, this could be solved on the side of calendar+? All things in this header are able to be addressed by css and so it should be no problem to adjust this by the developer of "DirectMenu".

You can change the position of the header divs in apps/calendarplus/css/style.css
