libmesh installs metaphysicl that conflicts with the pre-installed package - please allow to use pre-installed metaphysicl

For example, include/metaphysicl and lib/libmetaphysicl.so are installed.

Additionally, configure prints metaphysicl-1.3.1 when the latest version of metaphysicl is 1.2.2.

You're quite right that we should be supporting the use of a pre-existing installation. I'll add that shortly.
