Update code chunks 7.2

In the Ansible section, 7.2, there are a few code chunks showing off Ansible playbook functionality. The code that is shown appears to be an outdated version (likely 2.9), while version 8 is the latest. It would be fairly simple to rewrite these code chunks in the latest version, as to relieve some confusion for apprentices first reading it.
