SSL issue when connecting to Avanza
I am getting this error when trying to connect to Avanza:
Read error: ssl=0x[some hex digits]: I/O error during system call, Connection reset by peer
Seeing the same issue on two devices, both using Bankdroid v1.9.13.
Have tried turning on/off certificate pinning in debug settings, but it does not seem to have any effect.
Any ideas?
Steps to reproduce:
- Add account
- Select Avanza
- Enter username A and password A
- Hit Save
- SSL error message is shown. (Expected: error message saying username and password is incorrect.)
Thanks for the report. I have an account at Avanza and can reproduce the issue. So I will look in to it as soon as possible. I'll keep you posted!
Looks like Avanza is failing.
Avanza has shut down their old API, so that's why they're failing. They have a new API, which is used by this Node.js project: https://github.com/fhqvst/avanza. It should be possible to look at their implementation for reference.
Thanks a lot for the information!
