Usage of Swedbank QuickBalance API

To enable a faster update of the balance on an account, for instance when using the widget, the quickbalance API against Swedbank/Savingsbanks API should be used instead of performing a complete login and fetching the customer total economic overview. This will reduce loading time, data sent over the network as well as limiting the load of Swedbank/Savingsbanks systems.
