LIA-201: Bug Fix: The sort by Comments function of the people directory is not working correctly.

The people directory function of Liane, should be able to sort from highest to lowest, and vice versa by the total number that comes out of the sum of facebook and instagram comments added by each person. Apparently now Liane only only takes facebook comments fort t and not being able to sort by the sum.
