On contract inheritance
In the Solidity guide, they mention an example including a TokenCreator contract. I've included the code as context:

When TokenCreator
is defined on OwnedToken
, it is mentioned it is fine to reference it as long as it is not used to create a new contract.
Is there any rationale for this that's explained somewhere?
e.g. fixed-size types constraints, ABI's, semantics of new
, pass by reference for contracts
