Implement Smart Devices

It would be nice to interact with Smart Devices through Atlas.

  • [ ] Pair with Smart Devices in-game
  • [ ] Toggle Smart Switches and view their status
  • [ ] Add custom names to Smart Devices
  • [ ] Add Smart Devices to map in Atlas
  • [ ] View amount of resources in Storage Monitors on the map
    • Useful to know resource count in external TC's around the map
  • [ ] Webhook support?
    • Users can already use the official Rust+ IFTTT feature for this
