Feature Request: Monthly/Yearly Note Calendar Plugin Integration
Hi Liam,
I'd like to make a suggestion on where to integrate the monthly and yearly notes with the Calendar plugin.
As a user, intuitively clicking on the month (highlighted red) should link to the monthly note, and clicking on the year (highlighted green) should link to the yearly note if enabled.

Please make this happen! This would be hugely helpful. I don't need dots - I just want the month and year clickable. I would happily donate to help move this forward.
For quarterly notes I think it would also work will to have small text appear below the Month/Year with "Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4" if quarterly is enabled in Periodic Notes. Those could then be clickable as well.
With these additions the Calendar plugin would, in my opinion, be feature complete and allow for complete navigation of all Periodic Notes.
I would really appreciate this as well. I think this is necessary to complete the feature set
There could also be a "Q1 —" before the month and year to give us access to that particular note as well. I don't know squat about nothing, but I'm interested enough that if someone could point me at where I could learn squat, I might try it myself.
