"Open next daily/weekly/monthly note" is buggy

The (slightly buggy) behaviour I get with 1.0.0-beta.3 is that the 5 shortcuts “Open next X-ly note” for X = day, week, month, quarter, and year, all do the same thing: it just opens the next Z-ly note if you’re currently in an Z-ly note, and does nothing otherwise.
