Feature Request: Toggle 3 hour offset for "today".

Action: Open "today's note" a few hours after midnight. Current behavior: Opens the correct date. Desired behavior: Opens the previous date.

To simplify the implementation, a toggle for a 3 hour offset should cover most sleep patterns (idea from iSoron/uhabits).

This will not work for everyone It should be rather an option "Start day at" where the user might pick the time (with default to noon) similarly to "Start week on" ... (idea comes from the Streaks apps)
