[Bug][v1.0-beta.3] Unable to open next daily note

@liamcain thanks for all your great work on this. I installed the beta and am currently testing it out. Just wanted to see if this is expected behavior.

Currently Open - Past Daily Note

The "Open next daily note" goes to the next existing note. Makes sense. No "next weekly note" available"

Currently Open - Today's Daily Note

"Open next daily note" does nothing - I would've expected it to create tomorrow's daily note. No "next weekly note" available

Currently Open - Any other Note

"Open next daily/weekly note" command is not available

Hi @tbarlow12, thanks for the bug report! I split your comment into its own issue to track.

No "next weekly note" available"

The "next weekly note" command is contextual and will only be available if you have a weekly note open. Since you're looking at a daily note, only the "next daily note" command is available. I admittedly hadn't thought much about the use case of jumping around from daily to weekly notes though, so I could remove this constraint. I personally would use the Date Switcher for this case but that's relative to the current date rather than the currently active note though.

That's definitely unexpected. It should have opened up tomorrow's daily note. I'm not able to reproduce with my current configuration so do you mind sending me a screenshot of your daily note settings in case there's something I'm not handling properly there? I'll do some more digging in the meantime.

That sounds expected to me. Are you expecting it to fallback to opening "tomorrow" or "next week"?

I use the "Jump to Date" plugin. I used to be able to open a date and it would create the note correctly. With this beta the note is created but NOT in the specified notes folder. Might be related
