Feature Request: Generate Past Monthly Notes from the Calendar

I am just starting to use Monthly notes and I love how I can generate a Weekly note, just by clicking on the Week Number in the calendar.

Is there a way to create Monthly Notes the same way? I am using past Monthly notes as a way of archiving certain things about that month, but I am not seeing an easy way to create past monthly notes (only going to them in the Command Palette)

This feature is currently available in the calendar 2.0-beta. I'm going to transfer this ticket to that repo to track it for release.
